Hi, I’m Goodness!

I care deeply about people and the systems that help them thrive. At Metis Collective, I am Project Lead for InnovatED Amal Labs, here at Metis, where I guide strategy, coordinate implementation, and oversee initiatives that equip educators with innovative, practical tools. My role brings together project planning, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure our work is impactful and aligned with Metis’ mission.

With a background in strategy, implementation, and relationship-building, I bring a balance of structure and soul to my work. I thrive in dynamic roles that demand creativity, intention, and collaboration, and I am energized by translating bold ideas into people-centered action.

My work is grounded in values of equity, purpose, and care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching a good comedy series, and savoring a hot cup of masala chai.
