I am an Operations Officer at Metis, where I support the systems, people, and processes that help the team do meaningful work effectively. I enjoy bringing structure to ideas, coordinating moving parts, and creating simple systems that make it easier for people to work, collaborate, and grow. I am particularly passionate about people development, thoughtful communication, and building a healthy and supportive workplace culture.

I believe that work is an opportunity to serve others and contribute to something bigger than ourselves. Outside of work, I enjoy meaningful conversations, hosting and moderating events, exploring my faith, and creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and grow.
