Hi, I’m Muthoni!
I serve as the Operations and Finance Manager at Metis. My core values are joy and growth. I believe that everyone holds massive potential and I am passionate about helping people unleash theirs. What better way to do that than to support proximate leaders who are developing contextualised Ed innovations for their communities?
I find flow in creating structures that support others to succeed. I have experience supporting programs to thrive, building systems and cultures for startups, entrepreneurship support, stakeholder management, leading teams and human resource management, and finance.
Leading up to Metis, I have worked with Safaricom, UNEP, Ernest and Young and Apex Collections Africa. My role ensures that we are optimally functioning as an organisation in order to achieve our goals.
In my free time, you can find me enjoying art, dancing, going out on a good adventure and playing with kids.
