Hi, I’m Alice!

I find flow in creating structures that support others to succeed. Both my parents are educators and I have grown up seeing them strive to make learning more wholesome. I believe that education unlocks massive potential in learners and I'm excited that Metis is supporting the work of proximate leaders like my parents. I was introduced to Metis by Trizah Wanjiru, and I got the opportunity to attend the ReimaginED event before consulting with and finally joining the team.

Leading up to Metis, I have worked with Safaricom, UNEP, Ernest and Young and Apex Collections Africa. I have a background in HR, Finance and Accounting.

My role in operations ensures that we are optimally functioning as an organization in order to achieve our goals. I also love art, a good adventure and playing with kids.
